OK, O.K., ok, or okay?
“OK” and “okay” are the correct variants. It is an abbreviation of “oll korrect”, a slang spelling of “all correct”.

OED (1995) says either 'OK' or 'okay'. My copy of the Canadian Press Stylebook (1999, which most newspapers in Canada follow) doesn't say anything about it, but Diane Hacker's Canadian Writer's Reference (1996) says 'OK' 'O.K.' and 'okay' are all alright, but should be avoided in formal writing and speech.
I'd probably go with 'OK'.
