Setting the Works Address Book conduit to Do Nothing to prevent
duplicate addresses from appearing in the Palm. I suppose if I want
to sync the addresses, I'll need to do the following once in a while:

* set it to Synchronize
* HotSync. Get the duplicate addresses
* set it to Desktop Overwrites Handheld
* HotSync. Get the single addresses
* set it back to Do Nothing
